3rd party devices

3rd Party Slaves

Dallas/Maxim manufactures a number of 1-wire devices, both as chips and iButtons. In 1-wire lingo these are slaves.

There is an aftermarket in "Superslaves" -- devices made from 1-wire components with added function.

Support key:

• Full -- explicit support in OWFS for all functions
• Basic -- support for the underlying chip, but not explicitly for the features of the device
• Pending -- vendor supplies enough information and/or samples
• None -- No hardware and no one able to test
